Who: All Athletes are Welcome - we will split into groups based on experience after Day One.
*for those who have participated in the past* - as restrictions open up a bit, there will be more gameplay than previous sessions!!
What: Expert Level speed and power training with elite coaches and college athletes, under the direction of Jim Davis (2018 National Coach of the Year). We will abide by NSCA, CSCCA training guidelines, and Illinois Dept. of Public Health Safety Protocol. And we have plenty of fun!
Where: All Sessions will be held at the Skokie Playfields (540 Hibbard Rd., Winnetka). This is all outdoors, so athletes must dress appropriately.
When: Sessions run from 6:00-7:00pm (early dismissal for class is permitted).
Week One: May 10, 11, and 13
Week Two: May 17, 18, and 20
How: Reserve your spot here on SignUpGenius, then bring a completed copy of the Liability Waiver to the first day of camp, along with $275 camp fee (cash, or checks made out to "Good Athlete Project").
